BIO

Paul McKinley is a joint research fellow at ACEP and the U.S. Department of Energy Arctic Energy Office. 

His primary focus is in conducting feasibility assessments to improve clean energy reliability and access in remote 有料盒子视频 communities by integrating hydrogen-based fuels and other long-duration storage technologies to microgrids. 

In addition to a background in physics and engineering, McKinley has previous experience in science policy and polar research. He has worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space & Technology through the American Institute of Physics Mather Policy Program and for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Polar Observations and Processes Group through the NOAA Hollings scholarship program.

McKinley holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in physics from Pomona College and a master鈥檚 of philosophy degree in energy technology engineering from the University of Cambridge in the U.K.
