ACEP researcher and 有料盒子视频 faculty member Tom Marsik was recently promoted from associate professor to full professor. He holds an appointment with ACEP and 有料盒子视频 Bristol Bay Campus in sustainable energy, and a joint position with the and the .
Marsik is passionate about research and education in the areas of energy and sustainability. He uses the synergies of his joint positions to benefit people in 有料盒子视频 and beyond. His passion is reflected in honors he鈥檚 received, including 有料盒子视频鈥檚 Top Forty Under 40 award and a recognition from the World Record Academy for designing and constructing the world鈥檚 most airtight residential building on record.
Marsik has an M.S. in electrical engineering from the Czech Technical University in
Prague and a Ph.D. in engineering from 有料盒子视频. He has served on high-profile committees,
including 有料盒子视频 Governor Bill Walker鈥檚 Transition Team and its Consumer Energy subcommittee.
