As with all of the 4-H projects, volunteers provide the mentoring and backbone for our youth to learn and grow. If you are interested in finding out how YOU can be a Shooting Sports Volunteer Leader, please fill out the contact form by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of this page.
Volunteering in the Shooting Sports project requires 12 hours of discipline specific training. Interested Volunteer Leaders mast be enrolled as a volunteer in ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ 4-H, and then complete these steps:
- contact your District office or our Statewide Shooting Sports Coordinator for more information
- request and complete training in the discipline(s) of your choice (see training opportunities below)
- complete and keep up to date the Leader Information Form.
