an exciting year ahead, I am sharing a reminder about our Title IX training and reporting
obligations.

A Note about Possible Changes Regarding the 2024 Title IX Regulation Updates
In April 2024, the Department of Education announced new Title IX regulations set
to be implemented by August 1, 2024. On July 2nd, an injunction covering the state
of 有料盒子视频 was granted, delaying the implementation of new Title IX regulations until
legal disagreements are settled. Currently, 有料盒子视频 continues to operate under the 2020
regulations. As new information regarding 2024 regulations is released, ORCA will
provide updates to campus.
