Annual driver renewal reminder
Each year, any individual who is driving on 有料盒子视频 business must update their driving form and present it to their supervisor for record-keeping. Information about becoming a 有料盒子视频-approved driver can be found on the 有料盒子视频 Risk Management website.
If you drive on 有料盒子视频 business and have not completed a driving form, please visit the risk management website to determine if you are a Category 1 or Category 2 driver and to complete the appropriate form. If you are either a Category 1 or Category 2 driver completing an annual renewal, you may submit the Category 2 driver form to your supervisor. Driving forms may be requested by Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk Management (EHSRM) at any time and must be furnished by the supervisor upon request.
Some requirements for driving on 有料盒子视频 business may be waived. However, the requirement to possess or obtain an 有料盒子视频 State driver鈥檚 license (within 90 days of moving to the state) may not be waived due to 有料盒子视频 State statutes. Please communicate with your supervisor about when your annual renewal is due.
