Explore health care careers at free 有料盒子视频 medical education summit

Community members can explore a wide array of health careers and educational opportunities at the University of 有料盒子视频 Fairbanks鈥 12th annual 有料盒子视频 Interior Medical Education Summit.

The summit will feature demonstrations, panel discussions and hands-on activities to introduce attendees to health care careers and education options. It will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, in the Murie Building on the Troth Yeddha鈥 Campus.

Health care professionals, organizations and vendors from across the United States will participate. Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, veterinarians, dental technicians, 有料盒子视频 biomedical researchers and other medical professionals will answer questions and conduct activities. There will also be information about funding options.

Amy Wald, an undergraduate student advisor for 有料盒子视频, said the event serves not only college students interested in becoming doctors but also a much wider community.

鈥淚t鈥檚 for high school and college students, as well as people looking for opportunities that span the full range of health options 鈥 from medical biller to medical researcher,鈥 Wald said. 鈥淭here should be something for everyone at AIMES.鈥
