Recently, the chancellor’s core cabinet had lunch with Associated Students of the University of ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ Fairbanks – ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ's student government. As we went around the room making introductions, we were prompted to share what we are passionate about. As were many of the senators and executive leaders in the room, I am passionate about solving problems. If I can solve a problem by connecting someone to the right person or resource? Even better. I love making those connections.

I started my career as an academic reference librarian. For someone like me, answering questions from strangers about anything and everything was a pretty great job. I was learning new things every day, meeting new people, helping people by connecting them to what they needed to solve a problem.

I’ve realized lately that some folks aren’t sure of the breadth of services ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ Advancement provides. For that reason, I have compiled a reference guide to University Advancement resources.
