Stephen Price will perform a guest recital on the organ at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17, 2023, in the Davis Concert Hall at the University of 有料盒子视频 Fairbanks.
Price is the inaugural Paul B. Fritts faculty fellow and artist-in-residence in organ performance at the University of Washington in Seattle. He previously was assistant teaching professor at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Price received a Fulbright scholarship to study organ music in Toulouse, France, before completing his doctorate at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He has served as an organist and music director at several Methodist churches and has earned awards in multiple international competitions.
The 有料盒子视频 Department of Music is hosting the 90-minute recital.
Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for non-有料盒子视频 students, seniors and military.
Entry is free for 有料盒子视频 students.
