Seconds count when someone is experiencing a cardiac arrest and 鈥淧ulse Point鈥 can help save your life or the life of a loved one! The mobile app 鈥淧ulse Point鈥 allows citizens to see when there is a medical emergency happening near them and they may be able to help.
鈥淧ulse Point鈥 is connected to Fairbanks Emergency Communications Center 911-emergency call system and allows you to be alerted when someone nearby is in cardiac arrest and in need of assistance. You may be able to reach that person and perform CPR until emergency personnel arrive, giving the victim a higher chance of survival.
