Preparing students for interdisciplinary work while also acquiring deep knowledge is a goal of ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ and the College of Natural Science and Mathematics. Teams in CNSM and other colleges have developed programs that allow students, both undergraduates and graduates, to sharpen their interdisciplinary skills. Prior to that change, the unit was formerly known as the College of Rural ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ which included many of the programs that served ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ's community college mission. RCNE has continued to grow and expand in recent years and so this week's Friday Focus is dedicated to sharing some of the notable highlights.
